I specialise in authentic heart based healing and energetic practices.
These practices help remove blocks and limitations, calm and soothe traumas and unlock your potential allowing you to be the truest and most authentic expression of yourself.
I have channeled “The Q Technique” directly from spirit, this combined with living my journey and embracing my gifts has given me a great understanding, not only of the whys and how’s of metaphysical spiritual workings, but also the foundational elements and insights of all things embodied and spiritual coming together.
Communication is my purpose. I’m excited to be able to share and teach the skills I’ve learnt to help people have ease with conversations and communication; this also flows into every other element of life.
